How long until I receive my Donate Coins?
Coins are credited to your account automatically within 60 seconds of payment confirmation. If they don't appear, contact support via Discord.
How do I activate Premium Account or Premium Buffs?
Visit the Donation NPC in Giran and select the service you want to activate. Premium Account costs 50 DC for 30 days; Premium Buffs cost 20 DC for 7 days. The buff or rate bonus applies instantly upon activation.
Are donations refundable?
All donations are voluntary contributions to a non-commercial fan project and are non-refundable once Donate Coins have been credited to your account.
Where do the funds go?
Every contribution goes directly toward server hosting, DDoS protection, and ongoing development of new content for L2-IMBA.
